We will send the products within 1-3 working days after the order has been registered. During campaign periods, there may be delays in delivery. Orders will be delivered to the nearest post office. If the order is not picked up from the chosen delivery location within the retention period, the shipment will be returned to the sender.<\/p>

Failure to pick up the order does not constitute a cancellation of the order. In this case, we will charge a \u20ac15 shipping and handling fee for the unclaimed package.<\/p>

We reserve the right to change the price and cancel the order if we see a reason for this.<\/p>

Orders over 69\u20ac in Finland will be delivered free of shipping costs. <\/span><\/p>

Deliveries to Nordic countries is 19,90\u20ac and to other EU countries 29,90\u20ac. <\/span><\/p>

Orders over 219\u20ac will be delivered free of shipping costs internationally.<\/span><\/p>

Inspection of products and complaints<\/strong><\/h4>

On receipt of your delivery, please check that the delivery contains the products you ordered and that the products are free of defects. If you find a fault, please inform us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order at the latest) by calling our customer service department on tel. +358 10 2124 020.<\/span><\/p>

In the event of a delay or defect in the delivery or the products within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, the provisions of Chapter 5 of the Consumer Protection Act on the consequences of delay and defects shall apply.<\/span><\/p>

Subject to mandatory law, our liability for any defect or delay shall be limited to the price of the product and we shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or any other loss, including (without limitation) loss of revenue or business, business interruption or loss of profit, arising from the defect or delay. <\/span><\/p>

We are not responsible for any defect in the product, delay in delivery or other breach of contract due to a circumstance beyond our control (force majeure). In case of such a delay, we will comply with our obligations as soon as is reasonably practicable in the circumstances. <\/span><\/p>
